From Military Moves to Master Organizer: Heather’s Journey

Heather Downes, founder of Orderly, has always been passionate about creating organized spaces. Her journey began as a young military wife, frequently relocating and maintaining an organized home with minimal possessions.

In 2012, Heather and her husband returned to Granville, Ohio, settling into his childhood home. Over the years, with the addition of two more children, they accumulated a significant amount of belongings. During the 2020 pandemic, Heather embarked on a mission to declutter her home, discovering that simplifying her space led to mental clarity and reduced stress.

This transformative experience inspired her to help others achieve the same sense of freedom through organization.
